1. In a flat bottom bowl, scramble eggs. Zest half the orange into eggs, add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and the juice of the zested orange half, whisk all together
2. Heat a non-stick skillet, add butter. Once the butter is melted, dip each side of bread into egg mixture, DO NOT SUBMERGE, wipe excess off on side of bowl. Cook to G.B.D. (golden brown delicious) on each side.
3. Slice the orange and a half that is left and serve with french toast

I like to serve this with monster sized sausage links …… yum yum yum.
