In a large skillet, cook sausage, ground beef, onion and garlic over med-heat until well browned.
Stir in Crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and wine. Season with basil, Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, and tablespoon parsley.
Let simmer for about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook noodles about 8-10 minutes. When done drain and rinse with cool water
In a mixing bowl mix, combine ricotta, egg, remaining parsley, and 1/2 ts salt
preheat over to 375 degrees
To assemble, spread 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, cover with noodles. Spread about 1/2 of ricotta mixture on top of noodles, top with 1/2 of the mozzarella and parmesan. Top with noodles, and repeat. Cover top with noodles and sprinkle Mozz and Parm on top.
