Pat salmon dry, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and blackening seasoning. Set aside. Adjust oven rack to middle position, the preheat broiler
Add butter and oil to a large over safe skillet over med-high heat. Once the butter is melted, add garlic, water, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and lemon juice. Cook for about 30 seconds or so until the sauce is heated through.
Add salmon, Skin side down and cook for about 3 minutes. While the salmon is cooking, baste frequently with the sauce from the pan.
Broil the salmon for about 5-6 minutes. Baste at least once while the salmon is cooking.
Serve and enjoy. Do yourself a favor and spoon some extra sauce on top of it after serving
