The Ribs

• 10 Pieces Beef Short Ribs, sliced about 1/2 inch thich

The Marinade

• ¹⁄₂ cup Soy Sauce
• ¹⁄₂ cup OJ (not Simpson)
• 1 Can Coke (the kind you drink, not snort)
• ¹⁄₂ cup Hoisin Sauce
• ¹⁄₂ cup Chili Oil
• i Knob Evil red Head (Ginger), Peeled and roughly shopped
• 1 Bunch Green Onions, roughly chopped
• 1 Lime, peeled and roughly chopped
• 1 Orange, Peeled and roughly chopped

The Hot Pepper Agrodolce

• 4 Habaneros
• 2 Red Bell Peppers, deseeded and roughly chopped
• 1 Jalapeno
• 1 Knob Evil Red Head (Ginger), peeled and roughly chopped
• 2 Cloves Vampire Repellent (Garlic)
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Red Wine
• 1 cup H2O (water)
• 2 Limes, gonna use the juice and the zest
• 1 Bunch Cilantro, just the stems
