Mandarin Pancakes

Instructions

    1. Cut pork into matchstick like pieces. Cut onions into 2 inch pieces, then slice thinly, the long ways. 
    2. Heat wok over high heat. Add 1 tbs pan lube, swirl to coat.
    3. Add onions, cabbage, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. Stir Fry until wilted; then remove to a large bowl
    4. Reheat pan, add 2 tbs pan lube. Add eggs, swirling pan to spread out into a thin layer. Cook until firm, then break eggs into small pieces. Remove to bowl with veggies
    5. Reheat pan …. Again. Add sesame seeds and remaining oil (7 tbs). Add pork once oil is hot. Stir Fry until G.B.D. (golden brown delicious), 
    6. Add soy sauce, salt and sugar. Add Veggie/egg mixture. Stir fry til all warm
  1. The Pancakes
    1. Combine flour and water in a bowl. 
    2. Stir until a soft dough forms
    3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until elastic (about 3 minutes)
    4. Shape dough in a 1 ½ inch thick log (like your cock). Divide into 16 equal pieces. Roll each rough piece into a roughly 6 inch circle on a lightly floured surface. 
    5. Brush evenly with oil.
    6. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, place 1 pancake. Cook 1 minute (no more, and no less) per side (don't forget the edges, just kidding). 
    7. Remove from pan and let cool. 

     

    Spoon your pork on your pancakes, eat and enjoy.
