Instructions

    1. Start a Pot of water boil, once water boils add Pierogis
    2. Then start slicing your veggies. 
    3. In a large skillet on med-high heat, melt 2 couple tablespoons of butter
    4. Add pepper and onion. Cook until onions are translucent and then add Kielbasa
    5. Cook until you get some nice color on the kielbasa. 
    6. Remove the kielbasa and veggies from the pan. Add a couple more tablespoons of butter to the pan.
    7. Drain water from the pierogis, then add to skillet and cook until you get a nice GBD (golden brown delicious)
    8. Remove pierogis from pan.
    9. Deglaze pan with Chicken Broth, add cream cheese and Dijon. 
    10. Still until Cream Cheese is all melted. Let boil until sauce starts to boil. Reduce heat to med and let simmer about 4 mins until sauce begins to thicken
    11. Add kielbasa, veggies, and pierogis to the sauce, stir in 1 cup of the Sharp Cheddar and remove from heat

    Serving

    Top with a sprinkle of Sharp Cheddar and Scallions and serve with Sour Cream
