- Start a Pot of water boil, once water boils add Pierogis
- Then start slicing your veggies.
- In a large skillet on med-high heat, melt 2 couple tablespoons of butter
- Add pepper and onion. Cook until onions are translucent and then add Kielbasa
- Cook until you get some nice color on the kielbasa.
- Remove the kielbasa and veggies from the pan. Add a couple more tablespoons of butter to the pan.
- Drain water from the pierogis, then add to skillet and cook until you get a nice GBD (golden brown delicious)
- Remove pierogis from pan.
- Deglaze pan with Chicken Broth, add cream cheese and Dijon.
- Still until Cream Cheese is all melted. Let boil until sauce starts to boil. Reduce heat to med and let simmer about 4 mins until sauce begins to thicken
- Add kielbasa, veggies, and pierogis to the sauce, stir in 1 cup of the Sharp Cheddar and remove from heat
Serving
Top with a sprinkle of Sharp Cheddar and Scallions and serve with Sour Cream
