Instructions

    1. Cook pasta to al dente (if I have to give you direction on how to do that, these recipes are not for you), drain and set aside. 
    2. Heat 1 tbs oil in a large skillet. Season Chicken boobs and/or shrimp with 1-2 tbs jerk seasoning and salt. Cook chicken til golden brown, add shrimp and sausage. Remove from pan and set aside. 
    3. Add remaining oil to the skillet, Cook peppers until mostly tender, add green onions and garlic, cook til fragrant. Season with remaining jerk seasoning. 
    4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Let simmer until thickened (about 5 mins). 
    5. Add parmesan, stir until melted. 
    6. In the pot you cooked the pasta in, mix together sauce, chicken, shrimp, sausage, and pasta.

    Top with green onions and more parmesan if wanted
