- Cook pasta to al dente (if I have to give you direction on how to do that, these recipes are not for you), drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbs oil in a large skillet. Season Chicken boobs and/or shrimp with 1-2 tbs jerk seasoning and salt. Cook chicken til golden brown, add shrimp and sausage. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add remaining oil to the skillet, Cook peppers until mostly tender, add green onions and garlic, cook til fragrant. Season with remaining jerk seasoning.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Let simmer until thickened (about 5 mins).
- Add parmesan, stir until melted.
- In the pot you cooked the pasta in, mix together sauce, chicken, shrimp, sausage, and pasta.
Top with green onions and more parmesan if wanted
