Smash (or pass) Burger Taco

Instructions

    1. In a bowl mix together hamburger and onion soup mix.
    2. Layout your tortillas (2 lbs of burger will make about 5 or 6 tacos), press your hamburger mixture into one side of it covering the whole tortilla. (no more then like ⅜ of an inch thick)
    3. Heat up a large skillet or flat iron with a little pan lube. 
    4. Once hot - saute onions until translucent and then remove the onions from the pan and set aside. 
    5. Place your tortilla into pan meat side down, cook until burger appears to be cooked through, top with cheese and cook until tortilla is a nice GBD (golden brown delicious)
    6. Top with lettuce, tomato, sautéed onions and pickle and maybe a drizzle of Sir-A-Hol-E Sauce for a little kick
    7. Fold in half, eat, and enjoy
