- Heat Oven to 450f. In a large bowl, combine pork, green onioons, ginger, and 1/2 a ts of salt and pepper.
- Use about 2 tablespoons of mixture, per, and roll into meatballs.
- Place on a rimmed baking sheet and roast about 8-10 minutes or until cooked through
- Once cooked add meatballs to a bowl and toss with sweet chili sauce
- While meatballs are cooking, cut cucumber into match sticks,
- Slice rolls, spread with mayo, add meatballs, and top with fresh mint, cilantro, cucumber match sticks, and thinly sliced red Chile
