Spanish Rice

Instructions

    1. Melt butter in a large skillet over med-high heat. Once the butter is almost completely melted add your rice.
    2. Saute rice, until it a nice GBD (golden, brown delicious) ... refer to pic
    3. Add broth (beef if serving with beef or chicken if serving with chicken), bell pepper, Rotel, green chilles, beans, cayenne, cumin, zest and juice from 1 lime, and half the cilantro
    4. Mix well, reduce heat to med, and cover
    5. Cook until the moisture is gone, about 10 minutes
    6. once done serve and top with a little sprinkle of cilantro
